Wal-Mart Hell

Went to Wal-Mart last week to pick up my developed film. Three rolls mind you, dating back to September. I perused them thinking, "Oh wow."

So I'm picking up the film and I tell the girl my name.
"Lisa?" she says.
"Yes."
"How many rolls again?"
"Three."

She sits the envelopes on the counter in front of me and points to my name.
"Does this look like Lisa to you?"
"Emmm yes, because I wrote it."

I use architectural block lettering. How hard can it be??
