So...back to Memorial Day weekend

My blog seems neglected. We had a great three day weekend.

Saturday started off with a 9 mile hike at Galena. 1800 foot change in elevation. It hurt. We laughed a lot.

We barbequed several times and did lots around the house. Ahhh, we cleaned the windows on the whole backside of the house (which takes up most of the wall space) and planted new plants in the back yard. It made my house shiny and happy :)

We watched Closer on Friday night. I enjoyed it. We took the kids to Madagascar on Monday. It was cute. The penguins made me laugh and laugh. Monday night I watched In Good Company (we rented it for Sunday night but were derailed). It was such a feel good movie. Dennis Quaid is hot. So is David Beckham, but he didn't have anything to do with the movie.

So school started Tuesday, like I said (when u scroll down ha) and because of my parents coming tomorrow and the holiday on Monday, homework became a cram session. But I finished this afternoon and can relax with my parents tomorrow. How nice is that for me? Very, I say.
