Or the Artist's Lofts ~ whichever will do. I've always been intrigued by this building. I really like it :) There is a little shop called Bantu Spirit - just to the right of the hotel entrance; I selected the paint colors for the interior about three years ago. Just a bit of Reno trivia for ya ;)
