Ha. I was the project manager on the Hunter Lake project, and I had a great time :) We had such a great group of volunteers from Swope, and a great design team too. There weren't any hitches in the installation and it was a breeze keeping everyone on task.
We missed Channel 2 news on Saturday, and were awaiting their return on Sunday afternoon as we wrapped up, but they didn't show. So, we're getting ready to leave and a group of the Hunter Lake teachers showed up, and we got to show them their new lounge! Their reaction was just like on the tv design shows. Lots of gasps and huge suprise expressions, accompanied by loud "omgs." It was such a reward for us to see their reaction. I left on such a high. It was great!

Ooh, look how much prettier it looks! Did you take any more pictures? I am bummed that I wasn't able to attend, but it sounds like you guys had lots of people come to help, so YAY for that!
